Purchase date and purchase channel

Vehicle make, model and year

Proof-of-purchase image or PDF (optional; helps expedite verification)

Prepare the model, readable identification, purchase date and channel, and keep proof of purchase. Registration creates a service record. Coverage, conditions and any resolution depend on the formal purchase terms and the specific product.
