Sampling Process

There are five nodes from demand to mass production. Each node has clear deliverables and confirmation objects; unconfirmed nodes will not be skipped to avoid leaving risks until mass production.

    Confirmation of requirements and car model

    Receive vehicle model, target wheel diameter and width, PCD, ET, center hole, brake caliper data and appearance direction, and output feasibility judgment and preliminary plan.

    Engineering Review and Quotation

    Complete the review of structural feasibility, load and braking clearance, conduct finite element analysis of key stress areas if necessary, and output a formal quotation and technical terms.

    Plan and parameter confirmation

    Confirm the spoke shape, back milling plan, word mark, center cover details and key parameters through the plan reference drawing; the reference drawing is only for communication and confirmation, and does not provide editable source files, 2D engineering drawings or 3D models.

  4. 04

    Prototype forging and verification

    The prototype is put into production according to the four-step process of pre-forging, forming, heat treatment and finishing. Full dimensional inspection, dynamic balance and appearance confirmation are completed. Radial fatigue, bending fatigue and impact tests can be added as needed.

  5. 05

    Small batch trial production and mass production

    After the sample is confirmed, it will enter small batch trial production, packaging, marking and accompanying documents will be finalized, and then it will enter mass production scheduling and stable delivery.

Successful channels need aligned documents, fitment data, content and aftercare.

Confirm the testing, registration and document requirements according to the target market and specific specifications. The official scope is subject to the corresponding valid originals and reports.
